As Shinobu explains that the assailant was someone they never would have expected, there is a loud rumbling that shakes all of Landosol...

The Shadows on Monster Isle form a swarm with the golems and launch an attack on the islanders. Meanwhile Pecorine suddenly disappears from sight. While the Caon members, along with Yuuki and the others, are putting up a desperate fight to protect the island, Kasumi comes up with a secret plan to stop the Shadows' progress.

Kokkoro arrives at the post office to send a letter, where she is unfortunate enough to encounter a group of robbers who have broken in. In order to recover their stolen letters, Kokkoro joins forces with two Lucent Academy students named Suzuna and Misaki to pursue the thieves all the way to their hideout...

While visiting a store in Landosol, Yuuki and Kokkoro encounter Aoi wearing an unfamiliar uniform. It turns out that Aoi is a new student at the prestigious St. Theresa's Academy for Girls, but is worried she won't be able to fit in. Thus Yuuki and Kokkoro head to the school with her as moral support.

Pecorine and company visit a crowded festival in the Landosol shopping district, where they enjoy their time sampling the various food stalls and playing shooting games. Labyrista looks on with kind eyes from Labyrinth's crepe shop, overcome with a certain feeling...

One morning over breakfast, Kokkoro pulls out a map showing the location of the ultimate seasoning known as "Drops of the Sea." Though the information had proved too questionable for even the Guild Association, Pecorine insists that they go as part of their guild activities. Her enthusiasm proves to be contagious, and thus the Gourmet Guild sets off on a brand-new adventure.

One day, Yuuki heads out to deliver an item to a client. When Pecorine and the others meet up with him, they discover that the client is Tsumugi, a member of the popular idol group Carmina, and Yuuki is being made to wear a cute outfit at her behest. The group is naturally confused, but there seems to be a reason behind it...

Recently, a mysterious knight has been appearing around Landosol and harming the residents. Inspired by Pecorine, who is angry that the people won't be able to enjoy their delicious food, the Gourmet Guild takes on a quest to defeat the culprit. Along the way, they meet a small girl who calls herself a soldier.

On their way back from farming rice, Yuuki and company find a girl lying on the roadside, who turns out to be Chika, a member of Carmina. As they tend to her, they call over her fellow guild member Nozomi for help. But when Chika finally wakes up, she seems to be acting rather odd...

Karyl is upset that their delicious-looking breakfast spread doesn't include bread for some reason. Apparently a powerful monster has settled down on the road connecting the farm village to the city, disrupting the flow of numerous goods. Upon seeing the troubled faces of the people in the marketplace, the Gourmet Guild takes on a dangerous monster-hunting quest to defeat it.

With the help of Labyrista, the Gourmet Guild members are able to avoid the mighty Shadow X's attacks and escape to a temporary version of the Landosol royal palace, created with her ability. Kokkoro is shocked to see a portrait of Pecorine hanging in the palace. Wearing a solemn expression, Pecorine reveals a big secret that she had been hiding all along.

Pecorine begins to worry about Karyl, who's late emerging from her room one morning. Believing that something must have happened, Pecorine bursts into the room and ends up beating up Karyl's treasured plush toy. Kokkoro offers to use her sewing skills to mend it, but they're unable to find cloth for the repairs and decide to make a shopping trip into town.

A young man named Yuuki awakens in an unknown world with no memory of his past. Together with his self-proclaimed guide, Kokkoro, the pair set forth into the beautiful land of Astraea. After arriving in the royal capital of Landosol, they visit the Guild Association in search of work to pay for their lodging and embark on a mushroom-hunting quest.

Yuuki and Kokkoro visit their familiar haunt, the Cockatrice's Nest, to drop off a souvenir. However, they arrive to find the owner frantically making pudding, as though he's been possessed. Just then, a diviner named Shinobu arrives on the scene.

Yuuki and Kokkoro visit a restaurant where an eating contest is being held. There they encounter Pecorine, the peckish swordswoman they met on their previous quest, who out-eats the competition to be crowned the winner. When the pair set out with Pecorine to help her search for her missing sword, they come across a cat-eared sorceress named Karyl.

The members of the guild Elizabeth Park encounter a Shadow within the forest near Targum Village. During the ensuing battle, one of the members, Shiori, is swallowed by the beast. Upon learning about the situation from Shiori's older sister, Hatsune, and the other members, the Gourmet Guild joins forces with Elizabeth Park to fight the Shadow and save Shiori.

Pecorine and Karyl, together with the Gourmet Guild's founders, Kokkoro and Yuuki, are able to secure a base of operations called a "guildhouse" from the Guild Association. Thrilled to begin their guild activities, they arrive at their new guildhouse only to find that it has been left abandoned for many years. Undeterred, the group sets to work tidying up.

At the request of the Guild Association, Yuuki and his guildmates set out on a quest to harvest spices. Pecorine is elated that the Gourmet Guild is finally launching its official guild activities, but they arrive at their destination, Targum Village, to discover a strange phenomenon is occurring there -- villagers are going missing due to mysterious beings called "Shadows" appearing in the area.

The Gourmet Guild pays a visit to the Guild Association to pick up a new quest. While glancing through a variety of flyers, they come across one that seems a bit odd. It turns out to be an unofficial request posted by the three young members of the guild Little Lyrical, and the Gourmet Guild decides to accept.

Pecorine wanders the streets of Landosol, snacking on tasty treats as she goes. Meanwhile, a starving Yuuki, Kokkoro, and Karyl arrive at a restaurant and attempt to place an order, but Pecorine has already devoured the establishment's entire stock of food. However, it just so happens the restaurant has a forbidden secret menu!

After successfully adapting to life in the guildhouse, Yuuki comes down with a terrible cold. Despite Kokkoro, Karyl, and Pecorine's best efforts to nurse him back to health, his condition refuses to improve - in fact, it gets even worse. With no other option, they take Yuuki to a nearby clinic, only to have a shocking experience.

Kokkoro wins a raffle at the shopping district, and the Gourmet Guild sets out to enjoy the grand prize - a trip to a beach resort. Upon arriving, they reunite with Saren and Suzume of Sarendia Orphanage who are working at a snack hut on the beach. Karyl worries over the fact that the snack hut is deserted despite it being lunchtime, but it turns out there's a reason...
